2020 Arizona Physiological Society Annual Meeting: November 5-6, 2020
The 13th Arizona Physiological Society Annual Meeting will be hosted virtually by the University of Arizona Tucson on November 5-6, 2020
Join us for 2 days of webinars highlighting the exciting research being performed across Arizona. Attendees will share their latest work on projects ranging from the biophysical level to whole body physiology. The 2 days will include talks from undergraduates, graduates, postdoctoral students and faculty. Our AZPS Keynote Speaker will be Dr. Scott K. Powers, UAA Endowed Professor in the Department of Applied Physiology & Kinesiology at the University of Florida. This year, our Distinguished Arizona Lecture will be given by the past AZPS president Dr. Layla Al-Nakkash, Chair and Professor in the Department of Physiology at Midwestern University. At the end of the second day, we will hold our annual AZPS business meeting.
Our annual meeting is a wonderful opportunity for students, researchers, educators and faculty to make connections that facilitate new research collaborations that extend across institutional boundaries. We look forward to connecting with you virtually. It will be a great event!
